Wadi El Nile University's construction and occupancy milestones were phased, with priority spaces like the President's office needing to come online well ahead of the rest of the campus. ERATEC used the wide connectable capacity range of Hitachi's air365 Max system to commission critical zones early, without waiting for the full refrigerant circuit to be complete.

The phased commissioning approach let priority university spaces open on schedule, ahead of the rest of the campus, while the completed system now delivers 1316TR of independently zoned cooling capacity.
